Top High Roller Highlights
The headline experiences most visitors come for — start here.
Views from the Top — What You Can See at 550 Feet
At 550 feet inside a rotating glass cabin, the LINQ High Roller delivers a continuously changing panorama in every direction: the dense neon corridor of the Strip to the south, the STRAT tower and Downtown Las Vegas to the north, the Spring Mountains and Red Rock Canyon to the west, and the open Nevada desert to the east. A landmark-by-landmark guide to what you can see — including the Bellagio fountains, the Eiffel Tower replica, and the Spring Mountains — from your cabin at the top.

High Roller Night Lights & Colors Show
After dark, the High Roller’s programmable LED system covers all 28 cabins and the full wheel structure in animated colour sequences visible from across the Las Vegas Strip. Standard nightly programs cycle through deep blue, emerald green, warm gold, and electric white. Special holiday programs run for New Year’s Eve (the most spectacular night of the year), Independence Day, Halloween, and Christmas. The light show is free to view from the Strip and the LINQ Promenade — no ticket required.

Tailored advice based on what kind of experience you’re after.
For the Best Views
Positioning and timing both matter for getting the most from the High Roller’s 360-degree panorama.
- Head to the south-facing side of the cabin at boarding for the classic Strip panorama — Bellagio, Caesars, and the Eiffel Tower replica
- Face west for the Spring Mountains and Red Rock Canyon — best in daylight
- Look straight down through the floor-adjacent glass for the LINQ Promenade from above — a surprisingly striking composition
- Time your boarding for 20–30 minutes before local sunset for the most layered view
For the Best Night Lights Experience
The LED light show is both something to watch from the ground and something you experience from inside the wheel.
- View the full wheel from the Las Vegas Boulevard sidewalk between Flamingo and Harrah’s for the best ground-level framing
- The Chayo rooftop terrace on the LINQ Promenade gives a direct lit-cabin view from above the Promenade
- From inside the cabin, look inward and downward during the descent to see the illuminated spoke structure
- Book for New Year’s Eve for the most spectacular annual light program — the wheel is one of the centrepieces of the Strip countdown
For Photographers
The High Roller is a remarkable photography platform but requires specific technique to get the best results through glass.
- Press your lens against the glass — the single most important tip; eliminates reflections almost entirely
- Use Night Mode (iPhone) or Pro Mode (Android) with a 1–2 second exposure for neon Strip shots
- Board at sunset for golden-hour portraits — warm directional light with neon beginning below makes for exceptional framing
- Shoot the Bellagio fountains from the south side if a show is running (check fountain schedule before your visit)
For a Full LINQ Promenade Evening
The High Roller is the centrepiece, but the LINQ Promenade offers a complete 3–4 hour evening itinerary around it.
- Arrive early and walk the full Promenade from the Strip entrance to the High Roller to get a feel for the space
- Do the Fly LINQ Zipline first — adrenaline then the calm scenic rotation works better than the reverse
- Dine at Chayo’s rooftop terrace for the best High Roller views from a table, or grab a quick meal at Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips before your ride
- Post-ride: O’Sheas Casino Bar and Yard House are both steps from the boarding exit
