The LINQ High Roller comes alive at sunset, illuminating the Las Vegas skyline with vibrant colors until the early morning hours. During the spectacular “Lights at The LINQ” show, the observation wheel features a dazzling display of 2,000 LED lights synchronized to music, creating an unforgettable experience.
On special occasions and holidays such as St. Patrick’s Day, Halloween, and the Fourth of July, the High Roller takes on themed colors to celebrate the festivities.
Before boarding the High Roller, visitors can also enjoy the captivating LINQ casino water show. As the music begins to play, colorful lights dance across the water fountains, adding an extra touch of magic to your visit.
Which tickets to buy to see the lights
To experience the LINQ High Roller lit up in all its glory, consider purchasing the Regular Anytime Tickets or the Happy Hour Tickets.
Anytime Tickets allow you to board the High Roller after dark, the perfect time to witness the illuminated wheel.
If you opt for the Happy Hour Tickets, you can visit at any time during operating hours and enjoy the added bonus of an open bar in your cabin, making the illuminated views of the city even more memorable.
When to visit to see the lights
To enjoy the stunning views of Las Vegas all lit up, it’s best to take your High Roller ride after dark. The ideal time to board is between 8:00 PM and 11:30 PM, when the vibrant city lights and illuminated Strip are at their most spectacular.
Many visitors plan their ride to coincide with the Bellagio Fountains show, timing their presence at the top of the High Roller to watch the fountains’ colorful, choreographed display from above.
The Bellagio Fountains are particularly breathtaking at night, and the view from your High Roller pod adds an extra layer of magic. Shows run every 30 minutes until 8:00 PM and then every 15 minutes until midnight.
Design philosophy: The guidelines for the lighting design were to keep it simple and beautiful, matching the moving parts of the structure. Unlike many flashy lights in Las Vegas, the design for the High Roller was not to look like a carnival.
